675 Third Ave Plaza

Outdoor | Public

675 Third Avenue, located at 42nd Street and Third Avenue, continued The Durst Organizations’ redevelopment of Third Avenue in Midtown. As part of the building’s redevelopment, a new public plaza space had been designed by Ted Moudis Associates. Concreteworks East was excited to be brought onto the project to fabricate custom precast GFRC benches and planters. The designed called for 3 designated seating areas, each area utilizing an array of benches and planters of varying heights to create a dynamic presence. The precast benches feature integral seat backs while the planters were integrated into the plaza’s drainage and utility system.

Cast in our Cumulus color with an Acid Wash finish.

This will help us understand the design intent and guide you through the possibilities along with preparing a quote.
