Concreteworks East was brought onto the 1 Bond St. project to provide featured precast wall panels for the main living spaces. The wall panels feature a wood grain texture also known as board formed precast. The concrete is cast directly onto a plywood board to imprint the wood grain and texture into the precast panels, creating a perfect complementing element to the wood floors.
