Drawings are often the best means to understand a project, especially so on projects that contain complex 3-dimensional shapes. Complete architectural or design drawings are preferred, but conceptual renderings will still be helpful. Yes, our precast concrete wall panels can be customized in a variety of ways. Size, color, surface texture, and shape can all be customized to fit the particular needs of your project. You should consult with your building engineer and plumber to ensure that the floor structure can support the weight of a filled bathtub and that plumbing infrastructure is conducive to installing a bathtub in that particular location.
Warranty may vary by project or product type, which will be reviewed during the sales process, though a minimum 1-year warranty on manufacturer defects is always provided. Concreteworks East will provide technical expertise for the life of the project.
Check and Bank Transfer/ACH payments are accepted. Credit Card payments are also accepted with the inclusion of a processing fee.
Maintenance of the product is an important consideration when choosing finish; specifically in the difference between performing maintenance in an outdoor versus an indoor environment. Our team will guide you towards a finish that best suits your project.
Once a project is contracted and architectural drawings are ready, Concreteworks East will begin our fabrication drawing set. The process for drawing submittal, review revisions, and to final approval is typically 3 – 5 weeks. Once the drawings and sample are approved, fabrication lead time is typically 6 – 10 weeks. This will vary by the size and complexity of the project. If there are specific time constraints with your project, it is best to reach out to our team as soon as possible.
All our products are architectural concrete and are intended to be a decorative element. While we can offer structural products, such as stair treads or landscape elements, our product is most conducive to being installed on a structural substrate or sub-frame.
